About
I help enterprises ship technology that compounds. After a decade building payment and platform systems that quietly handle billions of requests — at Stripe, Razorpay and Atlassian — I now advise boards and CXOs on the hard part: turning engineering into durable business advantage. Today, as an Associate Partner in McKinsey's Digital & Technology practice (since 2026), I lead fintech and platform-modernisation engagements across India and South-East Asia — bringing the rare combination of someone who has actually carried the pager AND can sit in the boardroom. I built the systems before I advised on them: UPI reliability at Razorpay (96.8% → 99.6% success over three quarters), Stripe's South-East Asia merchant launches, Atlassian's 12,000-customer zero-downtime migration. I publish at ACM, I hold a US patent, I open-source — and I'm proudest of the 18 engineers I've coached into senior leadership.
