I build the platforms other teams build on — and the teams that keep them up. Fourteen years across payments, retail and global capability centres, most of it spent turning brittle systems into boring ones. My work sits where reliability meets org design: error budgets that product managers actually understand, on-call rotations people are willing to join, and migration plans that survive contact with a roadmap.
